If you’ve received a defective or damaged product you have 7 days from product delivery to request a refund. In order to submit your request, please follow these steps:

  • Go to "Contact Us"
  • Enter your name, email, order number and select "Return" from the options provided
  • Under "Description", provide list of item(s) being returned
  • Finally, upload a picture(s) of the damaged item(s) by clicking on "Browse Files" button at the bottom of the page
  • Click "Send"

Your request will be reviewed by our team and they will contact you via email with your return pre-approval and details on how to finalize the process. 

NOTES:

  • In order for refunds to be processed, we must receive the original defective product from customer. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once a return is pre-approved via email, customers have 30 days to ship the original product back to us.
  • Once product is received by our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. We'll notify you via e-mail when your refund has been processed.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days from return pre-approval date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service when shipping your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your return to reach us may vary.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of product receipt. In order to report order discrepancies please follow these steps:

  • Go to "Contact Us"
  • Enter your name, email, order number and select "Order/Payment issues" from the options provided
  • Under "Description", provide details of discrepancies found
  • Finally, upload a picture(s) of incorrect item(s) received by clicking on "Browse Files" button at the bottom of the page
  • Click "Send"

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Go to "Contact Us"
  • Enter your name, email, order number and select "Order/Payment issues" from the options provided
  • Under description, please provide refund details and click "Send"
